The WilliamsWarn Personal Brewery is the miracle that beer drinkers have been praying for. After 5000 years of brewing, the technology finally exists to allow you to brew the perfect beer at home or at your workplace. In 2004, whilst Ian was working out of Denmark as an international brewing consultant and professional beer taster, he was challenged by his uncle (a frustrated homebrewer) to invent the worlds first personal brewery. Upon analysis, it was concluded there are 10 main reasons people quit homebrewing. The Personal Brewery was developed to try and get these people back into the hobby by solving the issues they state they had. The result is cold, perfectly carbonated, clear, professional quality beer made in 7 days, like a modern brewery.

The legend states that in 1835, Governor Macquarie directed explorers to find routes to open up the Hunter Valley. One wild and windy night, as the explorers attempted to cross a flooded creek, their strongest horse – Cockfighter – drowned bravely trying to get his rider across the raging waters.
When convict gangs were later sent to construct a bridge over what was now known as Cockfighter’s Creek, they swore that on stormy nights you would see Cockfighter’s Ghost galloping free across the countryside.
The legend was born.
To this day it is still reported that Cockfighter’s Ghost still haunts the vineyards planted on the bank of the creek.

Murray River Salt and began producing premium gourmet salt flakes utilising concentrated brine from the Mourquong Salt Mitigation Basin, which is located 13 kilometers northwest of Mildura in New South Wales. The concentrated brine is pumped up from an ancient inland sea where the water travels through several canals before making its way to crystallizer ponds. The water from the aquifer is highly mineralized, which gives the salt flakes their distinctive pink hue and soft flavour. This natural salt contains no additives or preservatives and is full of good trace elements such as magnesium and calcium. Murray River Salt flakes are considered essential by foodies and top chefs across Australia and more recently around the world. Worldwide recognition of the quality of Murray River Gourmet Salt continues to grow with the salt flakes recently being awarded a Superior Taste award from the International Taste Quality Institute in Europe and an Innovation Award at SIAL China in 2012.
